Cancellation… doesn’t sound pleasant and it isn’t, neither for you nor for us.
It’s a pity if premises and rooms remain free, although others would have liked to come.
Nevertheless, there are sometimes reasons to have to cancel a reservation.
If the contractual partner withdraws 2 months before the date of arrival
no cancellation fee will be charged.
The allotment is canceled up to one month before arrival
a cancellation of 40% of the total amount will be charged.
Withdraw as a contractual partner less than 1 month up to 1 week before the start of the trip
70% of the total amount will be charged.
A charge of 90% of the total amount arises in the event of a cancellation
in the last 3 days before arrival.
In case of no-show, the total amount of the stay will be charged.
